Hi! I'm Taylor Peters, registered dietitian. I help women (moms- I'm talking to you) transform their lives. My passion is diving into your lifestyle and diagnosing where and why your health is suffering. No energy? Not consistent with workouts? Constantly grabbing for caffeine just to make it through the day? Wondering how you'll ever get out of this rut or if it's normal? Yupp, I'm your girl!

As a mom, I swear I just love running around like a chicken with my head cut off; doing all things family, career, friend/social-focused & constantly fighting to keep a clean house. Then, add my profession to the mix; I demonstrate to you it's possible to be busy and still have a healthy life!

I get to know you personally and coach you to have consistent health habits by:
